The Power of Positive Affirmation: Positively Amazing!

What a fantastic way to live, bringing forth one’s own positive energy to create a sense of empowerment. Now I know that life isn’t always a bowl of Hershey Kisses, but each and every single one of us has the ability to manifest great things in our lives.

On a television show that I’ve recently viewed, the host was conveying a very inspiring message. It was right after I finished writing “Hearing Angels”, an article about angelic communication. I was already feeling a great deal of positive energy when I started watching what was on t.v., but for some reason the show really pulled me in. The entire thirty minutes of its air time was one continuous uplifting message. I was in such awe because of the timing. It was like a message of affirmation…. a positive reinforcement of what I had just finished writing prior to the show.

It helped me to better understand that we all have this remarkable sense of power within us. A strength that resides deep within our well-being that yearns to surface so that each of us can manifest our dreams, birthing them into reality.

All we have to do is be positive. I know sometimes that’s not easy to do. Trust me, I’ve had my share of hardships too, but whether or not to let that weigh me down was my choice. And I chose not to let it weigh me down. Instead, I allowed those difficult times to show me how to better myself, not just for me, but for those around me as well.

Energy is all around us, good and bad. Stay strong and stand for what you believe in. Focus on all that is good and positive things will happen. Have faith and know that the power of positive affirmation does exist.

Light will always prevail!

Today…. I will not…..

Remember, that which we cannot control causes unnecessary stress, which can lead to so many unnecessary problems. So, let go of the toxic mindset and simply “enjoy this beautiful day”.

Stop and “Just Be….”

Taking a moment to “just be” is something we should all do more often. However, with the constant hustle and bustle of every day life, it can be rather difficult to do sometimes. That’s why it’s so important to stop what we’re doing, on occasion, and take a much needed moment to clear our thoughts and take a deep breath…..

A few nights ago my husband and I went to the bay and watched the sunset. The evening sky’s pinks were so intense!

Here are a few photos… Hope you enjoy!

~ Much love to you all! ❤️

Fall In Love With Being Alive

Feeling those beautiful positive vibes and counting my blessings each and every single day!

Thought for Today….

If someone gave you a rose, would you admire it for its beauty? Or would you criticize it for its thorns? 🤔 Or, would you appreciate the purpose of the thorns and understand the protection that they provide the flower from harmful predators?

Simple post, but life is all about perception. Have a great day, Happy Friday all you wonderful people!

“Why?” vs “What?”….. The key to empowering ourselves….

In our darkest moments we all too often fall victim to the sobbing of “Why is this happening to me?” . It’s easy to lay blame onto that which we do not understand…. easy to give up and simply throw in the towel. But by doing so, what does that actually teach us?

Self-doubt, low self esteem, inner conflicts due to anxiety and depression….the list goes on…. So many factors play into the “Why me?” scenario. Unfortunately, we have all had moments like these. And the important thing to know is…. It’s ok to have an “off day“. By having one doesn’t mean that we are bad people or that the whole world is crumbling, even though that’s exactly what it feels like is happening during those times.

But if we change our perspective from “why is this happening to me?” to “what is this trying to teach me?“, then we change our mindset. We begin to start looking for lessons that are meant to be learned from our experiences. Lessons that can help strengthen our “mind, body and spirit” . And by doing so, empowering ourselves to be the wonderful individuals that we all are meant to be on a daily basis.

Having an “off day” is ok. It’s the dark moments that help us to see the light, sometimes that’s when the stars seem to shine their brightest!

So, the next time we face adversity, let’s look for the lesson that’s meant to be learned instead of focusing on the problem that can prevent us from moving forward.

You are beautiful, strong and you rock! Spread your wings and fly! 😉

Never Give Up!

“Never give up on your aspirations. Sometimes life is funny and can get in the way with simple distractions, but don’t let that stop you. If you have a dream, then go for it. You have the power to make it manifest itself into something fantastic, so mesmerizing that it has the possibility to astonish even the most daring of minds. Dream on and make it a reality.” ~ Sheila Renee Parker

Stay strong and always stay blessed! 🤗
