The Emergence

Life is full of wondrous possibilities that are waiting for each of us to explore. We are all unique in our own special ways. Regardless of our differences, whether they are spiritual, visual or even political, we are all powerful individuals who deserve the absolute best that life has to offer. The Universe is a magical expansion of one’s desires. Believe in yourself and great things will happen!

Three extraordinary words to live by are “Believe. Achieve. Succeed.” because together they can be used to create the solid foundation of one’s goals. First, we must believe in ourselves in order to know our own self-worth. After we discover that, then we can move on to achieving our life’s dreams. With the right amount of hard work and determination, our goals can and will be reached. Never allow the words “I can’t” be a part of your vocabulary for they show weakness and lack of strength. Choosing positive words in a daily routine will guarantee a positive outcome. When you believe in yourself, you can achieve ultimate greatness and by doing that, you will succeed in discovering your inner most strength to empowerment.

Energy is all around us, good and bad. Stay strong and stand for what you truly believe in. Have faith and know that the power of positive affirmation does exist.

Here’s an idea, how about finally waking up one day to a bright new future. One where happiness and positive energy paves the way. Find the strength deep down inside that empowers each one of us to listen to that inner voice that yearns so badly to be heard. The voice that’s tapped into the Universe, giving everyone that unique connection, nudging us to move forward onto something better, leaving all that is negative behind… strengthening us to rise above all the adversities that try to weigh us down. Why not be that daring Phoenix that rises high above the ashes, soaring into something greater and causing one’s dreams to blossom into a beautiful reality, allowing us to discover the spirit within.

Darkness cannot prevail when light shines!

The Power of Positive Affirmation: Positively Amazing!

What a fantastic way to live, bringing forth one’s own positive energy to create a sense of empowerment. Now I know that life isn’t always a bowl of Hershey Kisses, but each and every single one of us has the ability to manifest great things in our lives.

On a television show that I’ve recently viewed, the host was conveying a very inspiring message. It was right after I finished writing “Hearing Angels”, an article about angelic communication. I was already feeling a great deal of positive energy when I started watching what was on t.v., but for some reason the show really pulled me in. The entire thirty minutes of its air time was one continuous uplifting message. I was in such awe because of the timing. It was like a message of affirmation…. a positive reinforcement of what I had just finished writing prior to the show.

It helped me to better understand that we all have this remarkable sense of power within us. A strength that resides deep within our well-being that yearns to surface so that each of us can manifest our dreams, birthing them into reality.

All we have to do is be positive. I know sometimes that’s not easy to do. Trust me, I’ve had my share of hardships too, but whether or not to let that weigh me down was my choice. And I chose not to let it weigh me down. Instead, I allowed those difficult times to show me how to better myself, not just for me, but for those around me as well.

Energy is all around us, good and bad. Stay strong and stand for what you believe in. Focus on all that is good and positive things will happen. Have faith and know that the power of positive affirmation does exist.

Light will always prevail!

Another day in the life of Fibro….

“Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes widespread pain around the body. The pain stems from a problem in the way the nervous system processes pain signals.

Fibromyalgia also causes symptoms like tiredness, depression, and mental fog……

Fibromyalgia is a long-term, or chronic, condition. It causes symptoms such as:

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia on September 29, 2020. At first the diagnosis felt like a slap in the face. I was kind of in denial because to accept it was to know that what I have is something that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life, and it terrified me. Initially I went to the doctor for my chronic pain and was hoping for a quick cure, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

Months of testing… Blood work…. X-rays…. MRIs… Specialists…. Physical therapy….. Chiropractor care…

Now, I look at Fibromyalgia differently. It has taught me acceptance and patience, as weird as that sounds. It has forced me to acknowledge that which I cannot control and to respect my body’s limits. I no longer push myself to do things, because if I do, I will greatly pay the price for it and my body will hurt a lot more the next day.

I still try to make the best of life and enjoy things, but at a much different level now.

Along with my Fibromyalgia, the doctors have discovered that I also have, degenerative disc disease and foraminal stenosis in my neck and lower spine, along with several other issues including bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, depression and anxiety.

Each day is different. It’s hard to make plans at times, because chronic pain with fibro flares can happen so unexpectedly. And then there’s the nausea that can come at random. Even while out running errands I’ve had to pull the car over to the side of the road because the nausea associated with fibromyalgia has been so intense that it would make me vomit.

So many crazy things that make me appreciate the good moments in life all the more. Life is what we make it and no matter what…. Life is beautiful and it is a blessing. ❤️

My rheumatologist once made a comment about my positive attitude. He was like, “if you’re in pain, it’s ok to let people know about it.” My response was… “I know, but coming into your office with a negative attitude could bring others down and I don’t want to do that. I’d rather make people smile. ” My chiropractor and physical therapist have also made similar comments…. Yet, that doesn’t mean that I don’t get cranky… But I refuse to let my body get the best of me. I have all these conditions that I’ve told you about, but they don’t have me! Inner strength and my faith help keep me strong.

We are all blessed. We just have to see the light from the brighter days.

The Paranormal & Me

All my life the paranormal has always been there, and I don’t mean that I’ve been plagued by demons or anything sinister. It was never like that for me. Still, when I saw my first shadow person prior to my teen years, it scared the living daylights out of me. It manifested itself just out of the corner of my eye. It was night time in a very well-lit room. I could feel its eyes looking straight at me. That was what prompted me to look in its direction. As soon as I turned my head to meet its gaze, it vanished into thin air. Even though its presence was nothing malevolent, I was still terrified to no end. I stayed up all night, too afraid to sleep, until the sun came up the next morning.

I’ve had several encounters with shadow people throughout the years since then, but I’m no longer afraid. Unlike many people who have negative encounters with shadow people, mine are quite the opposite. I experience no malevolence at all with shadow people. It’s almost like I get a sense of observance from them. Their presence is always “split-second” when they appear, then they’re gone.

I’m also an empath. Always knew I was different, but never knew how to “label” my ability until I reached my adult years. An empath is someone who is highly sensitive (in the supernatural sense) to others’ energies and emotions. To many, this ability is often thought of as a curse. I used to think this way as well and that was only because I didn’t understand what was going on. But now it’s no longer a curse for me. Rather, I consider it a gift that I’m very proud to have.

Growing up I usually kept quiet about the paranormal, only spoke to very few about it. My selective silence was due to the judgmental fear of what others thought. I didn’t want anyone to think I was crazy. So often is the paranormal viewed by many as something that’s dark and evil. Although, that’s not necessarily the case. The paranormal realm does consist of entities that may bring forth malevolence, but so does the world of the living. There are wicked people that walk around every single day. Spirits can also be very loving and full of light. However the spirit was during their living state, is how they often are once they have passed on. Meaning, that a person can carry on the same characteristics even after death.

The study and research of paranormal activity is extremely fascinating to me. I openly embrace the unknown, but with caution. I never provoke the spiritual world. I would never recommend doing that. Don’t provoke the living and don’t provoke the dead. It’s all about respect, I believe. And just because someone finds interest in the paranormal doesn’t mean that they’re living a “dark life and going straight to hell”. That’s for the narrow minded to believe. To better understand things, one must open their mind. Knowledge is never ending. One of my all time favorite quotes is by Michelangelo. It says, “I am still learning.” … and yes, for me that even applies to the paranormal.

Just do it…. 😉

The Third Eye Kiss

Such a wonderful, healing gesture that takes very little effort, yet can do so much for an individual.

All one has to do is softly press their lips on the forehead of another, in the center, slightly above the eyebrows. It’s that simple. What does this beautiful act do? “It activates the pineal and pituitary gland of the person and brings a sense of security and well-being to the person.” ~ www.WisdomHealingCenter.com.

When the glands are stimulated, melatonin is released which is a hormone that humans and animals produce that regulates sleep and wakefulness. Hence, a goodnight kiss on the forehead might be just what the doctor could order for those who may be suffering from insomnia.

Here is something else I found interesting. Our pineal glands produce the most potent psychedelic known to man, dimethyltryptamine. Researchers of dimethyltryptamine suggest that it may help encourage personal empowerment, decrease the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and inspire self esteem, just to name a few. So, with all that being said about the pineal gland, it makes even more sense why the third eye kiss is so beneficial to one’s well-being!

It could also bridge the gap between two souls wanting to connect on a more spiritual level, therefore creating a closer bond with the mind, body and Spirit….. a Universal connection on so many levels.

“Angels & Their Connection Hotlines”

Have you ever seen a number that just kept appearing out of nowhere, at random times? Like for instance, about a week or so ago, the number 1111 showed itself to me at three separate times. (And it literally just hit me as I’m writing this that the number 1111 repeated itself to me three times!) The number 3 in any form has always had strong symbolism for me. *The Angelic meaning of “3” represents that the Ascended Masters are with an individual, aiding the person with guidance of love and light.*

I was also born on the third day of the third month. So, the number 3 has always been extremely prevalent for me all throughout my entire life on so many levels.

And getting back to when I saw the number 1111…. this number symbolizes the invite to awaken oneself to embracing the bigger picture and to focus on the opportunity of what lies ahead. It is a time of thought manifestation, bringing thought into reality. Meaning, like I always say, “Positive Vibes Only!”…. having positive thoughts will manifest positive things and negative thoughts will manifest negative things. With that being said, when seeing the number 1111, make sure to be thinking positive thoughts (constantly). A powerful gateway of energy has been opened up for you from the Higher Realm of Spirit. This is an important time of acknowledgement and enlightenment. Know that the Angels are by your side with guidance and support.

When I saw the number 1111 repeat itself, it automatically gave me goosebumps because I’ve recently begun to lessen the negativity around me and to start “listening within” to my inner voice, hearing the messages that I receive from the Angelic Realm and feeling their love and positive energy. What a wonderful feeling of enlightenment! I truly feel blessed and grateful!

Recently I wrote “Spooky Random Fact: #2” about the number 666 and how it’s nothing to fear. The number, due to misinformation, continues to be misunderstood. As I mentioned in the “Spooky Random Fact”, the number 666 actually has an empowering meaning behind it. It symbolizes the need for us to take a step back to re-evaluate our current condition and learn to let go of the fear and material things that tend to take us off our spiritual journey. It’s a message that we need to bring our focus back to our hearts and learn to listen within so that we can reach a level of higher learning of love and compassion. You can say that it’s like a “warning” message that we are being too negative with our thoughts, therefore the path of our daily lives, and that we should regain control by reinforcing ourselves with the positive energy of love and light. So, if you ever find yourself seeing the number 666, don’t fear it. Merely stop what you’re doing and take a moment of reflection and see how you can change your life for the better by incorporating the power of positive affirmation.

 

 

The above numbers were out of chronological order, but the following are and you might have seen them and maybe even resonate with them…..

 

 

If you’ve ever seen the number 222, it refers to a new beginning, the need to move forward. Be willing to accept the next chapter in life.

Seeing the number 333 means that the Ascended Masters are around you. This number is a reminder that you are a master in training and that you have infinite power within you to create greatness, not just for yourself, but for others as well.

The Angelic number 444 symbolizes the need to focus on your inner wisdom and recognize the strong connection that you have with the Angelic Realm. Be fearless and confident.

If you see the number 555, this refers to an upcoming change in your life that will take place in the immediate future. So, stay strong and remain positive. Things will work out accordingly.

The number 777. When seeing this, it sends the message to embrace and acknowledge your awareness to knowing yourself better. You are working more perfectly with the Universe, being more aligned with your life’s purpose, bringing forth positive energy of love and light into the world as a lightworker.

The Angels sending number 888. This means that the Universe is sending good things your way for past achievements, including good Karmic energy, and a harmonious balance in all aspects of your life.

If you see the number 999, it symbolizes a time of closure, letting go of the past without any judgmental fears. Accept things that happened with love and light. Your intuition will always be true to you, to guide you. So don’t be afraid to trust it. Your intuition is there to help.

When the Angels send the number 000, it’s a message informing you that you are at “Oneness” with the Creator and that you are in tune with your Higher Self.

 

 

 

When the numbers that come to us are viewed in “3’s” (like 999 or 888, etc….), it’s a strong message of our powers that are manifesting. The number that is tripled simply means that its power has increased more rapidly.

Now there are so many more Angelic numbers with extremely important messages, but the above mentioned are just to name a few. I would love to hear from all of you!
