Good morning and happy Wednesday from Alabama’s beautiful Gulf Coast! It is cloudy so far with a chance of rain, but it’s the perfect way to start the day… sipping on a hot cup of coffee while writing to you all. 🤗

It’s nearly 8 a.m. now, but I actually woke up several hours ago thanks to my insomnia. After doing that at the wee hours, I pulled an affirmation card from a beautiful deck that my older son gave me for Christmas. And it reads, “Today I am happy. Today happiness and love will fill my heart and soul all day.” I absolutely love this card and want to share it with all of you. I hope it offers you “feel good vibes”, too!

Remember to stand with your head held high and show the world what you’re made of … You are worthy of all the wonderful things life has to offer!
